Zoomart (E-commerce Platform)

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between Zoomart LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the Website User (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

1.2. By using the Website, the User confirms that he/she has read and fully agrees with these Terms.

1.3. These Terms and Conditions govern the online purchase of products, services and use of the Website.

2. Registration and User Account

2.1. The User is obliged to provide correct, complete and up-to-date information during registration.

2.2. The User is responsible for the security of his/her account (login/password).

2.3. The Company has the right to restrict or cancel the Account in case of violation of the Terms.

3. Products and Prices

3.1. The product descriptions and photos posted on the website are informational materials.

3.2. The company tries to ensure the accuracy of the information, but is not responsible for technical errors.

3.3. All prices are indicated in GEL and include taxes provided for by law, unless otherwise indicated.

4. Order and Agreement

4.1. Placing an order is considered to be the conclusion of a distance contract between the user and the company.

4.2. After confirming the order, the user receives a notification by e-mail or SMS.

4.3. The company reserves the right to cancel the order in case of a technical error, lack of stock or other reasons.

5. Payment terms

5.1. Payment can be made by the following methods:

Online payment system

5.2. The user is obliged to pay the full cost of the product, including delivery costs.

5.3. The user is responsible for all transactions made with his account.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Georgia (or in the specified regions).

6.2. Delivery time and cost are indicated when placing the order.

6.3. The company is not responsible for delay in delivery in case of force majeure circumstances.

7. Return and exchange of the product

7.1. The user has the right to return the product within the period established by law (14 days).

7.2. Return conditions:

The product must not be used
Must have original packaging
Must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice
7.3. Hygienic or individual use products may not be subject to return.

8. Warranty

8.1. The product is not subject to warranty.

9. Protection of personal data

9.1. The company processes the user's personal data in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.

9.2. The data is used:

For processing orders
For communication with the customer
For improving the service
9.3. The company does not transfer data to third parties, except for cases provided by law.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1. The company is not responsible for:

Temporary unavailability of the website
Actions of third parties
Information incorrectly provided by the user

11. Intellectual property

11.1. All materials on the website (text, photos, design) belong to the company and are protected by law.

11.2. Their use is prohibited without the written permission of the company.

12. Changes

12.1. The company is entitled to change the terms and conditions at any time.

12.2. Changes come into force immediately after publication on the website.
