Chondroitin helps retain water in cartilage and maintain its elasticity, while glucosamine supports cartilage cell metabolism and slows degenerative processes. Type II collagen helps maintain the strength and flexibility of joints. Vitamin C is important for collagen synthesis and helps protect cells against free radicals.

Ingredients:

Vitamin C - 7,000 mg
Vitamin E - 3,500 mg
Biotin - 100 mg
Manganese - 260 mg
Niacinamide - 1,500 mg
Selenium - 2.0 mg

Recommended daily dosage:
1-2 tablets per 5 kg of body weight.

Directions for use:
Tablets can be given directly or mixed with food for 2-3 months.
A double dose is recommended during the first 2 weeks.
